Teresa discovered her deep love for yoga while studying architecture. Yoga was the antithesis to the often stressful daily life working as an architect. Yoga was time for sensing and feeling. Going from outside to inside. Over time, she gained a deeper understanding beyond the asana. She started her liquid flow vinyasa teacher training (AYA) at kale&cake in Munich while she was still studying for her Master’s degree. Today, sharing yoga is an integral part of Teresa’s life. She enjoys helping students connect to their spiritual side and nourishing inner peace.
Yoga means to me:
Experiencing wholeness. To be completely with myself and my body. To connect body and mind. There is also something magical about yoga. It never ceases to amaze me and makes the world a lighter and more beautiful place.
My personal goals:
For me, sharing yoga means creating a space in which everyone can simply be, in the here and now, connected to body and mind through breath. It’s important to me that everyone enjoys their time on the mat and feels at home.
Important in class:
For me life is duality. Duality between day and night. Sun and moon. Feminine and masculine. Laughter and tears. Joy and sadness. Slow and fast. Inside and outside. I want to make you feel that in my yoga class. My classes are dynamic and soft, challenging and relaxing. Grounding and connection are just as important as heat and exercise. It is important to me that the participants feel this versatility and connect with their senses, sensuality and rhythms in this powerful journey.
