These classes follow the teaching of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and his son, T. K. V. Desikachar, which consists of a breath based practice, giving focus to the respiration, allowing the breath
to guide our movement and become our teacher. Her practice is combine with other influences from Hatha yoga and a more dynamic Vinyasa practice. She also integrate Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
