Renata is a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and a devoted student of her teacher David Garrigues – one of the rare teachers certified by the late yoga master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Since 2013, she studies under Davids guidance and regularly attends his in-depth studies, teacher training and Mysore intensives in India and Europe.

Yoga supports her to constantly evolve her perspective of life and teaches her how to accept life events with an open heart. She perceives Yoga as a tool to discover a better version of Self and embrace the interconnected and interdependent nature of our human existence.
